How do I care for and wash my Rumpl blanket?
Most Rumpl products are machine washable. We recommend using a front-loading washer with cold water and a specialized down or synthetic cleaner. Tumble dry on low heat with dryer balls to restore loft.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please visit our returns portal to generate a prepaid shipping label and start your process.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes, sustainability is core to our mission. Our core line of blankets is made from 100% post-consumer recycled materials, and we are a certified B Corp and 1% for the Planet member.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We stand by our quality. All Rumpl products come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your gear doesn't perform as expected due to a craft flaw, we will make it right.
